1. When there is a violation of Article 6 or Article 12, Paragraph 6 thereof

4. When it is difficult to approve use due to other reasons attributable to the user
1. If the Company does not have enough facilities
2. If there is a problem with the service
3. Cases falling under Article 6, Paragraph 7 thereof
1. When it is unavoidable for the Company to conduct urgent system inspection, expansion, replacement, facility repair, or construction
2. When it is impossible to provide normal services due to the system or other service facility failures, service overload, facility maintenance or inspection of key telecommunications carriers, or wired/wireless network failures
3. When there are cases of force majeure beyond the control of the Company, such as natural disasters, national emergencies, power outages, etc.
1. Any name that causes confusion to other users by impersonating the official operator of the service provided by the Company or using a similar name
2. Use of names containing suggestive and obscene content
3. Use of names that may infringe the rights of a third party, such as trademarks or copyrights
4. Use of names that are judged to be profanity, slang, or contain content that is anti-social and detrimental to public order and morals
5. Information that has a risk of personal information leakage or invasion of privacy, such as resident registration number, phone number, etc.
6. Information that violates relevant laws and regulations or is within reasonable grounds for protecting users
1. Entering false information in personal information when registering or changing membership
2. Stealing or fraudulently using the personal information of another person
3. Buying or selling cyber assets, such as the ID of a user or another person
4. Impersonating management or employees of the Company
5. Exploiting a bug in the programs of the Company
6. Engaging in business activities using the service without prior consent from the Company
7. Harassing or threatening other users or causing pain, harm, or inconvenience to other users
8. Changing the client program of each service, hacking the server, changing part of the website without approval from the Company, or using, encouraging, or advertising the use of a program developed or distributed for this purpose
9. Interfering with the stable operation of the service by transmitting large amounts of information for viewing or advertising view counts or for other unlawful purposes
10. Interfering with the transmission of, damaging, or deleting posts, videos, or other advertisements of the Company or other users
11. Collecting or storing personal information of other users without the approval of the Company
12. Continuously transmitting advertising information or e-mails against the wishes of the recipient
13. When there are cases of infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyright, trademark, patent, etc. of others
14. Using, distributing, encouraging the use of, or advertising software or hardware that participates in the contents of the service without permission by using software or hardware without permission from the Company
15. Changing the usage method or planning intention of the service program provided by the Company, or causing abnormal harm to or intentionally interfering with the service
16. Duplicating information obtained through this service for purposes other than using the service, using it for publication or broadcasting, or providing it to a third party without prior consent from the Company
17. Using the service for illegal purposes, such as transmitting, posting, e-mailing, or otherwise disseminating to others information, sentences, shapes, sounds, videos, or pirated software of a vulgar or obscene nature that violates public order and morals
18. Paying through fraudulent means by deceiving the payment institution or abusing chargebacks to purchase or refund paid services without justifiable reasons
19. Using, paying for, purchasing, exchanging, or refunding paid services through mobile phones or gift certificates in order to provide or finance funds other than for the purpose of legitimate sponsorship Assisting, soliciting, mediating, arranging, or otherwise advertising in any case listed hereof
20. When usage restrictions have been reviewed and approved by the Korea Communications Commission
21. Violating other regulations or Terms of Use established by the Company, including these Terms and Conditions, and other relevant laws and regulations
1. When the user commits a serious illegal or fraudulent act that is against the relevant laws and regulations, Terms and Conditions, or other service purposes
2. When it is confirmed that the application is under the name of another person, the application is false, or an application was submitted with false documents attached
3. When the user clearly expresses their intention to refuse to perform the obligations under the Terms and Conditions or agrees to immediate withdrawal processing
1. Posts or materials that allegedly involve acts that infringe on the legal interests of others and have been requested to be removed by interested parties, or that provide a reason for the Company to be sued or prosecuted
2. Posts or materials containing viruses that may harm the service
3. Posts or materials that exceed the posting deadline and capacity set under Article 19
4. Posts or materials that cause significant disruption of the service by the other users in violation of Article 12, Paragraph 8
5. Posts or materials requested to be deleted by state agencies, etc. in accordance with telecommunications-related laws and criminal-related laws
1. Allow other users to view the content provided by the user to the service
2. The Company or other users may record/edit/change the content provided by the user to the service to create new content, then allow other users of the service to view the content, or provide the content to an affiliate of the Company so that its users may view it
3. The Company may store the content provided by the user to the service and allow other users to watch the content through replay services such as VOD, or by providing it to affiliates of the Company; the affiliates may allow their users to watch through replay services such as streaming or VOD
4. The Company may reproduce, store, and edit the content provided by the user to the service, and transmit and post the content on the management channels or blogs of the Company for the purpose of promoting the service
5. Content provided by users to the service may be provided to academic, research institutions, and companies for the purpose of analysis, compilation of statistics, technology development, and other service improvement
1. Content usage media/platform - Includes all forms of media, equipment, and technology currently known or developed in the future
2. Purpose of use of content - No distinction between commercial or non-commercial use
3. Scope of content use - Reproduction, modification, adaptation, performance, exhibition, broadcasting, distribution, rental, public transmission, creation of derivative works, and other uses domestically and internationally
4. Terms and Conditions of content use - A non-exclusive, continuous, free-of-charge right that is transferable and sub-licensable
